One Constant Voice ("we," "us") operates this website to connect people interested in volunteering with local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and child-advocacy programs. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit our interest form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any message you include. We also automatically collect basic analytics and advertising attribution data — such as pages viewed, referring source, and click identifiers (e.g., Google "gclid") and UTM parameters — to understand how people find us and to measure our outreach.
We use your information to connect you with the appropriate local CASA or child-advocacy program so they can contact you about volunteering, to schedule information sessions, to respond to your questions, and to improve our outreach. By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about volunteer opportunities. Consent is not a condition of any service, and you may opt out at any time.
We share your submission with the local partner program serving your area so they can follow up with you. We use service providers (such as analytics and hosting) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
